To make apple cider vinegar detox tea, simply warm up some water and combine in all your ingredients in a mug. It’s recommended using fresh lemon juice (squeezed) as it holds the most health benefits and is much more effective when fresh. Adding some cayenne is optional, this gives this drink it’s extra immunity-boosting powers. If you add just a dash, it won’t taste it much like the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice will dominate the spiciness of the cayenne.
This drink is tart, sweet and warming. It’ perfect for kickstart of your day, as it energizes and will wake you up at the first sip!
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 dash cayenne
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of honey (or 1 tbsp of your preferred sweetener!)
- Mix all ingredients together and stir.
